The San Diego Sockers open it’s 2015-2016 Major Arena Soccer League campaign on Saturday, October 24 against new boys Soles de Sonora at the Valley View Casino Center. Kick off is slated for 7:05 P.M. PT.
San Diego begins its quest for a 15th title following a season in which the Sockers fell in heartbreaking fashion, losing 7-6 in overtime of the Pacific Division Final to the Las Vegas Legends. The cupboard has been bare for two seasons now and the club is eager to start the campaign in its bid to reclaim the Ron Newman Cup.
