Russell Cicerone scored twice, including the deciding goal on a penalty kick as the Michigan Bucks defeated Calgary Foothills FC, 3-2, Saturday to lift their third United Soccer League Premier Development League championship trophy in 10 years.
The Pontiac-based team also won the PDL crown in 2006 and 2014.
